The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to locate the suspect involved in the July 2020 homicide of Shai'India Harris. 19-year-old Kceon Laquandre Colbert has a warrant for Murder II in connection with this investigation. Colbert is described as Black male, 5'08" tall and 150 pounds. Colbert should be considered armed and dangerous. This investigation started on Friday, July 10, 2020, at 12:44 p.m., Portland Police officers responded to the report of a shooting with a victim in the 7400 block of 84th Avenue. Officers and medical personnel arrived and located the victim deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on the victim, 18-year-old Shai'India Maikayla Harris, determining that she died of a gunshot wound, ruling the death a homicide. | ||||
