Poaching Dirt Bags | Public Jail - Resources for Victims

Poaching Dirt Bags

Read Time:4 Minute, 29 Second

One of the few things that bothers me the most is poaching and wasting an animal.
Some Oregonians have to wait years for the chance to hunt a nice deer or elk, only to find out all the worthwhile game has been hunted illegally and left to wrought. These crimes should be elevated so the minimum jail time is 24 months, and a $5000 fine. Every repeat offence doubles the fine and jail term.

This is a theft of a natural resource that law abiding citizens have been paying for since Oregon was a state. The citizen has also been harmed in the crime by not being allowed to hunt the destroyed animal.

At some point it will become to costly for these poachers, and they will be forced to play by the rules, or enjoy a state institution. Also gun rights should be revoked for 5 years every time a defendant has been convicted of poaching, and waste and want.
