The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Sandy man for alleged drunken driving and disorderly conduct whose erratic operation of a red Subaru station wagon was caught on a video uploaded to YouTube Oct. 18.

In the footage, a vehicle reportedly driven by Philip M. Ramirez, 25, can be seen weaving between lanes ahead of a car and a semi-truck.

As he approaches one of the final signs for Exit 22, Ramirez parks in the right lane and leaves the car. He walks behind the vehicle to the passenger side, unzips his pants and starts to urinate as his left turn light blinks.

When he’s done with that, Ramirez unsuccessfully pulls at the passenger-side door, at one point peaking into the window. He then jogs back to the driver’s side as another semi-truck — it’s not clear if it’s the same one from earlier — parks in front of the Subaru to block it.

Throughout the video, one of the passengers in the car shooting the video speaks with the sheriff’s department as he reports Ramirez’s erratic driving.

Somebody near the camera can be heard saying, “He’s a hot mess now. It don’t get no better than this on the road, man” as sheriff’s deputies pull Ramirez out of the car and handcuff him.

A spokesperson for the department told The Oregonian/OregonLive that Ramirez was booked into the Multnomah County Department of Corrections. You can watch the video below:
